It’s never too early to teach your kids about the importance of not littering and keeping our beaches clean.
Young Oliver is a great example to show age should not stop anyone from helping the community and planet. Clean Horizons is a mission created by Oliver to help influence other families to reduce plastic waste and get involved in ways to help the environment. Oliver has been interested in helping the beaches since he was four years old. Since then, he and his family have picked up 6,672 lbs. of trash off the beaches and waterways. Clean Horizons has also hosted or sponsored events that have cleaned up a total of 28,581 lbs. from the area!
Clean Horizons does not take donations. This organization is funded strictly by sales of their children’s book “Litter, Litter, Please Come Here.” For every book sold, Clean Horizons cleans up one pound of trash from the coast.
