With the 2023 spring break in full swing, plenty of excitement is buzzing in Southern Alabama. Many travelers will be flocking toward the beaches because of all the fun to be had along our coast.

Waterway Village Zydeco & Crawfish Festival & 5K Run

April 21-22

A ticketed concert event fills your Friday night with music and good times featuring Rebirth Brass Band out of New Orleans. Saturday kicks off the free event with a fun run. Then bite into tasty and juicy crawfish throughout the day as you enjoy a variety of local and regional vendors as well as a children’s activity area.

Annual Mullet Man Triathlon

April 22

Bike enthusiasts will love this great event that covers an awesome course. The post-race party boasts delicious food and more fun!

Art on Point: Bear Point’s 3rd Annual Arts and Crafts Show

April 22-23

A variety of food trucks will be on scene offering an abundance of tasty treats and meals. Grab lunch and support local artisans by shopping the vendor booths for arts, crafts, jewelry, clothing, candles, music and more!

Interstate Mullet Toss and Gulf Coast’s Greatest Beach Party

April 28-30

One giant beach party. Do we need to say more? Participate in the famous Mullet Toss by throwing a dead mullet over the Florida/Alabama state line to see who gets it the farthest. But you don’t have to toss a fish to enjoy the weekend-long party filled with activities, music and food.

Come to one event or all of them. As long as you are in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, you are sure to have a blast!
